Christy's Private Party
We're getting colourful on Sunday, September 15th, 2024 for Christy's colourful paint pARTy! The event time is 11AM-1PM
Seats fees include: canvas, paint, smocks, etc - you don't need to provide anything for the creativity!
Costs:
On Location Guided Party | 2 hrs | 8 painters included
Package fee: $240 + $75 (location fee) + hst
Additional Painters: $30/person (to a max 30 painters for a private event)
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to book your event.
The balance is due 1 week before your event. All painters must be paid for in advance for events taking place outside of the Studio.
Birthday parties/celebrations for children under 16 years of age MUST have adult supervision.
The canvas size for this event is 11X14.
Paintings are typically 2 hours in length.
The Artist mnust arrive at least 30 minutes before start time for set up and clean will be 15 minutes.
The Artist is responsible for all set up and clean up of art supplies.
Please ensure tables and chairs are set up prior to Artist arrival.
The Artist will need a space at the front of the room for at least 2 easels.
We will go through the painting step-by-step together. You do not need to provide art related materials. Paint, Canvas, Smocks, etc - everything is provided!
Remember this is a painting event so things are bound to get messy! Wear clothes that are okay to get painted on!
Dragonfly is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property.
Terms & Conditions
Photos may be taken during events. The purposes are for social media and/or marketing. Children's faces will not be included in photos without consent from parent/guardian.
The Dragonfly understands that there may be typical wear and tear on the supplies used for events. If, however, there is significant damages to the studio equipment you may be billed for replacements
Refunds
The deposit ($75) for packages is non-refundable.
For events cancelled less than 24 hours to event start time, no credit or refund is provided. Events cancelled less than 10 business days to party date will be refunded as a store credit (less $75)
If you need to cancel your event more than 10 business days from your party date, the payment will be refunded (less $75 deposit).
If, for whatever reason, the Dragonfly needs to cancel your event, you will be refunded the entire amount of your party fee except in the instance wherein your event is cancelled due to non-payment of the balance of your event.
