Megan's Private Party

We're getting colourful on Saturday, June 28th for Megan's colourful paint pARTy! The booking time in is 6-8PM 
 
This is an on-location event. 
The artist will arrive 45 minutes before scheduled painting start time to set up. Please have tables and chairs set up before the artist arrival. 
The session is scheduled to be completed on or before 8PM. 
The clean up time can be between 15-30 minutes
 
 
Seats fees include: canvas, paint, smocks, etc - you don't need to bring anything for the creativity!
Costs:
9X12 Painted Canvas | 2hrs | 8 painters included
Package fee: $315+hst
Additional Painters: $25/person (to a max 40 painters)
 
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to book your event.
The balance is due 1 week before your event. Additional painters beyond the package limit must be paid for before the event date. 
 
The canvas size for this event is 9X12
 
We will go through the painting step-by-step together. You do not need to provide art related materials. Paint, Canvas, Smocks, etc - everything is provided!
 
 
Remember this is an art class so things are bound to get messy! Wear clothes that are okay to get painted on!
 
Dragonfly is not responsible injuries or for lost, damaged, or stolen property.
 
Terms & Conditions
 
Photos may be taken during events. The purposes are for social media and/or marketing. Children's faces will not be included in photos without consent from parent/guardian.
 
The Dragonfly understands that there may be typical wear and tear on the supplies used for events. If, however, there is significant damages to the studio equipment you may be billed for replacements and/or professional repairs
 
Refunds
 
The deposit ($75) for packages is non-refundable.
For events cancelled less than 24 hours to event start time, no credit or refund is provided. Events cancelled less than 10 business days to party date will be refunded as a store credit (less $75)
If you need to cancel your event more than 10 business days from your party date, the payment will be refunded (less $75 deposit).
If, for whatever reason, the Dragonfly needs to cancel your event, you will be refunded the entire amount of your party fee except in the instance wherein your event is cancelled due to non-payment of the balance of your event.
