Natasha's Private Party
We're getting colourful on Saturday, July 5th for Natasha's colourful paint pARTy! The booking time in the studio is 2:30-4:30PM
Schedule:
2:20-2:30PM: Doors open for guest arrival
2:30-4:30PM: Time to create! Full access to everything on the floor.
4:30-4:40: Guests leave.
Fees include supplies on the studio floor. You don't need to bring anything for the creativity!
Costs:
Open Studio | 2hrs | 20 painters included
Package fee: $200+hst
Additional Painters: unavailable for this session type
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to book your event.
The balance is due 1 week before your event.
Additional supplies such as canvas, tote bags, etc are available for an additional fee.
If you would like extra time in the studio beyond the inclusion in the package for celebration/mingling there is a $75/hr fee. Arrangements for the additional studio time must be made at least 1 week prior to your event. Time may or may not be available depending on scheduling.
There is no outside food or drink permitted during this session type.
Beverages must be in a reusable water bottle or closed reusable coffee mug.
Dragonfly Art Studio is an indoor-shoe friendly environment. Outdoor shoes/boots can be left at the front door on the mats to prevent mud/dirt/snow from entering the studio. Due to hygiene reasons, you cannot be barefoot. Thank you for your understanding. Indoor shoes, socks, slippers are welcome.
Remember this is an art studio so things are bound to get messy! Wear clothes that are okay to get painted on!
Dragonfly is not responsible injuries or for lost, damaged, or stolen property.
Dragonfly is responsible for all ART-RELATED clean up.

Terms & Conditions
Photos may be taken during events. The purposes are for social media and/or marketing. Children's faces will not be included in photos without consent from parent/guardian.
The Dragonfly understands that there may be typical wear and tear on the supplies used for events. If, however, there is significant damages to the studio and the studio equipment you may be billed for replacements and/or professional repairs (plumbing/electrical/etc)
Refunds
The deposit ($75) for packages is non-refundable.
For events cancelled less than 24 hours to event start time, no credit or refund is provided. Events cancelled less than 10 business days to party date will be refunded as a store credit (less $75)
If you need to cancel your event more than 10 business days from your party date, the payment will be refunded (less $75 deposit).
If, for whatever reason, the Dragonfly needs to cancel your event, you will be refunded the entire amount of your party fee except in the instance wherein your event is cancelled due to non-payment of the balance of your event.
