On Location School Session

We're getting colourful on Tuesday, April 29th for a colourful school art day! The event time is to be determined. This event is on location offsite of the studio. 
 
Fees include all supplies for the creativity! 
Costs:
EVENT TYPE TBD 
Deposit: $75 to reserve the date. 
This fee is a non-refundable deposit and is required to book your event.
The balance for all participants is due 1 week before your event. 
 
Session event TBD
 
We will go through the artistry step-by-step together. You do not need to provide art related materials. Everything is provided!
 
The artist will need to arrive on location at least 1 hour before event start time. 
Clean up is approximately 15-30 minutes per session. 
 
Dragonfly is not responsible for lost or damaged property.
 
Dragonfly is responsible for all ART-RELATED clean up.
 
Terms & Conditions
 
Photos may be taken during events. The purposes are for social media and/or marketing. Children's faces will not be included in photos without consent from parent/guardian.
 
The Dragonfly understands that there may be typical wear and tear on the supplies used for events. If, however, there is significant damages to the studio equipment you may be billed for replacements and/or professional repairs 
 
Refunds
 
The deposit for packages is non-refundable.
For events cancelled less than 24 hours to event start time, no credit or refund is provided. Events cancelled less than 10 business days to party date will be refunded as a store credit (less $75)
If you need to cancel your event more than 10 business days from your party date, the payment will be refunded (less $75 deposit).
If, for whatever reason, the Dragonfly needs to cancel your event, you will be refunded the entire amount of your party fee except in the instance wherein your event is cancelled due to non-payment of the balance of your event.
