We're getting colourful on Saturday, November 16 for the Parkwood Gardens CC colourful paint pARTy! The event time is 11AM-12:30PM

 

Seats fees include: pre-sketched canvas, paint, smocks, etc - you don't need to bring anything for the creativity!

Costs:

DIY Private Event | 2 hrs | 10 painters included

Package fee: $250+hst

Additional Painters: $25/person (to a max 24 painters in the studio or 50 at your location)

A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to book your event.

The balance of the package is due 1 week before your event.

Additional painters beyond the package limit may be paid for at least 1 week before your event. 

 

The canvas size for this event is 11X14.

 

Your event includes 1.5 hours of painting at your location. 

 

We will go through the painting step-by-step together. You do not need to provide art related materials. Paint, Canvas, Smocks, etc - everything is provided!

 

Please ensure all tables and chairs are set up prior to artist arrival. 

 

The artist will arrive at least 45 minutes before start to set up art supplies at the beginning before the session begins and 30 minutes after for clean up. 

 

Remember this is an art exploration so things are bound to get messy! Wear clothes that are okay to get painted on!

 

Dragonfly is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property.

 

Dragonfly is responsible for all ART-RELATED clean up.

 

Dragonfly Art Studio is located at 340 Woodlawn Rd W. Unit # 25

Guelph, ON.

We are directly beside The Grand Banquet Hall in the Hanlon Plaza (facing the Hanlon)

 

Terms & Conditions

Photos may be taken during events. The purposes are for social media and/or marketing. If you do not want your photo taken please let the studio know the day of the event. 

 

The Dragonfly understands that there may be typical wear and tear on the supplies used for events. If, however, there is significant damages to the studio equipment you may be billed for replacements.

 

Refunds

The deposit ($75) for packages is non-refundable.

For events cancelled less than 24 hours to event start time, no credit or refund is provided. Events cancelled less than 10 business days to party date will be refunded as a store credit (less $75)

If you need to cancel your event more than 10 business days from your party date, the payment will be refunded (less $75 deposit).

If, for whatever reason, the Dragonfly needs to cancel your event, you will be refunded the entire amount of your party fee except in the instance wherein your event is cancelled due to non-payment of the balance of your event.
