Watercolour Wildlife- Winter Term

Welcome to Watercolour Wildlife, an inspiring art program for kids aged 8 to 13!
 
In this engaging workshop, young artists will learn essential watercolour techniques to create realistic wildlife portraits. Set in our bright and inviting art studio, this program offers a fun, safe, and inclusive space for creativity to flourish.
 
Each class features pre-drawn animal outlines, allowing students to dive straight into the exciting world of watercolour painting. At the start of each session, children will have the opportunity to personalize their portraits, making unique changes that reflect their individual styles.
 
Led by wildlife portrait artist, Rae Wright, your child will be guided through various techniques, including blending, layering, and adding texture, ensuring they develop their skills while having a blast.

Each week we will work on an 8X10 watercolour paper with a variety of watercolour tubes. 
Please dress for mess! 
The Dragonfly Art Studio is indoor shoe friendly. Please ensure you are wearing indoor shoes, socks, or slippers. Barefeet and outdoor shoes are not permitted. 

Water bottles are welcome.
