Catherine's Private Party

We're getting colourful on Saturday, October 24th for Catherine's colourful paint pARTy! The booking time in the studio is 1:20-3:20PM

1:20-1:30: Doors open & Guests arrive

1:30-2:45: Artistry time!

2:45-3:15: Group picture, wash hands, party celebration

3:15: Guests picked up/Clean up

3:20: Exit studio

Seat fees include: canvas, paint, smocks, etc - you don't need to bring anything for the creativity!

Costs:

Private event Pencil Case Painting | 90 mins | 8 painters included

Package fee: $160+hst

Additional Painters: $20/person (to a max 16 painters)

 Additional Studio time: $20/15 minutes **food/decorations/party refuse must leave with you when you go. 

A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to book your event.

The balance is due 1 week before your event. Additional painters beyond the package limit may be paid for the day of the event.

We are painting on canvas pencil cases for this event. Zipper colours vary.

If you would like extra time in the studio for celebration/mingling there is a $20/15 minute fee this includes clean up and sanitatization after your event. Arrangements for the additional studio time must be made at least 1 week prior to your event. Time may or may not be available depending on scheduling. Food and party decoration removal is the responsibility of those booking. 

There is a complimentary 10 minutes before the artistry and 5 minutes after for guest arrival and pickup. If you need extra time for decorating/clean/celebration please inquire about additional studio time.

We will go through the painting step-by-step together. You do not need to provide art related materials. Paint, Canvas, Smocks, etc - everything is provided!

This event does not permit bringing food in to the studio unless additional studio time is booked. Capped drinks are welcome. (As participants from other events may from time-to-time bring outside food, Dragonfly cannot guarantee an allergen-free facility)

Dragonfly Art Studio is an indoor-shoe friendly environment. Outdoor shoes/boots can be left at the front door on the mats to prevent mud/dirt/snow from entering the studio. Due to hygiene reasons, you cannot be barefoot. Thank you for your understanding. Indoor shoes, socks, slippers are welcome.

Remember this is an art studio so things are bound to get messy! Wear clothes that are okay to get painted on!

Dragonfly is not responsible injuries or for lost, damaged, or stolen property.

At the end of the party, when you are leaving, please ensure you bring with you all party gear/supplies/garbage (including food)/decorations. Garbage bags are available if needed.

Please note that dumping your garbage behind the studio WILL result in a fine.

Dragonfly is responsible for all ART-RELATED clean up.

Terms & Conditions

Photos may be taken during events. The purposes are for social media and/or marketing. Children's faces will not be included in photos without consent from parent/guardian.

The Dragonfly understands that there may be typical wear and tear on the supplies used for events. If, however, there is significant damages to the studio and the studio equipment you may be billed for replacements and/or professional repairs (plumbing/electrical/etc)

Refunds

The deposit ($75) for packages is non-refundable.

For events cancelled less than 24 hours to event start time, no credit or refund is provided. Events cancelled less than 10 business days to party date will be refunded as a store credit (less $75)

If you need to cancel your event more than 10 business days from your party date, the payment will be refunded (less $75 deposit).

If, for whatever reason, the Dragonfly needs to cancel your event, you will be refunded the entire amount of your party fee except in the instance wherein your event is cancelled due to non-payment of the balance of your event.
