UGETFO’s Private Party

We're getting colourful on Thursday, May 21st for the Ugetfo's colourful paint pARTy! The booking time for this on-location event is 4:30-6:30PM
Please ensure the tables and chairs are set up prior to artist arrival
Schedule:
3:45: artist arrival and setup
4:30-6:30 painting
6:30-7PM : clean up 
Seat fees include: canvas, paint, smocks, etc - you don't need to bring anything for the creativity!
Costs:
11x14Canvas | 2hrs | up to 40 painters included
Package fee: $25+hst/ person
 
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to book your event. (Two painter seats)
The balance is due 1 week before your event. Additional painters beyond the package may be paid for the day of the event.
 
The canvas size for the event is 11x14. 
 
We will go through the painting step-by-step together. You do not need to provide art related materials. Paint, Canvas, Smocks, etc - everything is provided!
 
Remember this is an art event so things are bound to get messy! Wear clothes that are okay to get painted on!
 
Dragonfly is not responsible injuries or for lost, damaged, or stolen property.
 
Dragonfly is responsible for all ART-RELATED clean up.
 
 
Terms & Conditions
 
Photos may be taken during events. The purposes are for social media and/or marketing.
 
The Dragonfly understands that there may be typical wear and tear on the supplies used for events. If, however, there is significant damage to the studio equipment you may be billed for replacements. 
 
Refunds
 
The deposit ($75) for packages is non-refundable.
For events cancelled less than 24 hours to event start time, no credit or refund is provided. Events cancelled less than 10 business days to party date will be refunded as a store credit (less $75)
If you need to cancel your event more than 10 business days from your party date, the payment will be refunded (less $75 deposit).
If, for whatever reason, the Dragonfly needs to cancel your event, you will be refunded the entire amount of your party fee except in the instance wherein your event is cancelled due to non-payment of the balance of your event.
